The Problem
Small businesses across Africa often struggle to create marketing copy that resonates with their local audiences. Existing AI writing tools are primarily trained for global markets, resulting in generic messaging that lacks cultural relevance, local expressions, and persuasive tone. Business owners also spend significant time rewriting AI-generated content before it is ready for use.

User Research
I Interviewed 8 SME business owners, took survey responses from 52 marketers and entrepreneurs. Ran competitive analysis of ChatGPT, Jasper AI and Copy.ai. Lastly, i had a review of existing AI copywriting workflows.
